Academic standing notices will be sent to your Buffalo State email address. Please make sure you are checking your email daily in anticipation of that notice; failing to check your email will not result in an extension of the academic standing review deadlines. A hard copy will also be mailed.

| 05/22/24 | Final grade input is due for faculty. |
| 05/23/24 | The registrar's office runs end-of-term processes; grades will be available in Banner. |
| 05/28/24 | The Director of Academic Standards does an initial academic standing review. Once completed, the academic standing report will be shared with the chair and program coordinators. |
| 06/03/24 | The Director of Academic Standards will send dismissal notices, probationary status notices, and Letters for incompletes based on a customized template to students from their programs |
| 06/03-19/24 | A deadline of June 19, 2024, has been set to submit a dismissal appeal. |
| 06/19/24 | Dismissal appeal deadline: 3:00 p.m. |
| 06/21/24 | The Director of Academic Standards will email dismissal appeal outcome letters to students’ Buffalo State accounts. |
| 07/01/24 | Fall 2024 classes and room/board charges dropped for dismissed students'. |
